Fridge update:
Got a email from repair company with a code I were to mention when calling support. So I had to ask them if it was the support of the company I brought the fridge from, or the manufacturer as they did not specify that.It was for the manufacturer. So I call them and mention the code, but they say that the company I brought the fridge from has closed the case and asked if I had heard anything from them (I had not). The person couldn't see why, as that was off limits to all except one department, but that it was still within warranty.
So I have to call again tomorrow when they hopefully have found out why it was closed...... all because of one bolt. Sigh.
