On August 14, 2023, she was indicted by a Georgia Grand Jury for two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Election Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Trespass, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Invasion and Privacy, Conspiracy to Defraud the State, and Violation of the Georgia Rico Act.[172] The charges stated in the indictment all stem from her involvement in the Donald J. Trump campaign for President in 2020.
