he Tories feel they can whip up anti green feelings so they can get some votes .
How absolutely vile and disgusting !
They care about their sordid little careers way more than protecting the people of this country and our futures .
They will do anything they can to demonise and criminalise anyone who is trying to create the huge shift in our lives that has to happen if we are going to even have a chance of averting a catastrophic end of humanity.
Just watch social media fill up with climate change deniers .
Imagine what it’s going to be like if the food chain is seriously disrupted or we get huge numbers of displaced people because the climate has made it impossible to live in their countries !
Instead of planning and making sure we do EVERYTHING we can to minimise and plan for possibly the biggest challenge humanity has ever had to face , nope our stupid government want to claw back a few votes in a desperate attempt to cling on .
Be extremely careful of what you hear from members of this government as many are in the pocket of lobby groups that are funded by fossil fuel companies.
Just as they did with Brexit they will lie, lie and lie!
When it comes to people having their profits reduced they will do everything they can to gaslight , lie and trick the population.... Just like they did with Brexit. Just be honest there are no benefits from Brexit, we are much worse off now and that is just so illegal movement of money could go on unchecked in the UK !
We must not allow this to happen over the climate crisis, it’s far too important.
Our existence depends on tackling it head on , and now .
Between 97 and 99 % of all scientists who study climate change all agrée we are now facing an huge existential problem so when the BBC or the newspaper’s roll out a scientist who says actually it’s all going to be fine they are lying . There is no argument equivalence in this situation .
