theyve made us go into the office today for a quarterly 121 with the line manager instead of it being over teams. seems like a pointless way of justifying the rent on our huge but mostly empty offices.
lets see what type of fuckkery they can give me as feedback today which i largely ignore as i smash my targets every year.
i guess they also have to justify a largely pointless layer of middle management too.- reeling back in the WFH staff in our place. everyone in 3 days p/w from Sep. a lot of talk of resignations (which i feel may have been the intention)kingsteven
