I was looking for somewhere to put a load of Beatles albums which had no sleeves and opened up a record box to find I had put this old tour poster by the band Faust when they played their first night of a short tour in Milton Keynes at a leisure centre. It was shocking that there was less than 20 people there, I guess MK wasn't aware of the greatness of the band 20 years ago (maybe not even now, I wouldn't be surprised)
Apart from an amazing show which featured one song that had angle grinders sparking away on railway sleepers was that as there were so few folks there the band came to the bar afterwards and sat with myself and a couple of friends and bought us all a couple of rounds of drinks - which probably cost what they were being paid that night! They signed CD's and this poster for me and what a lovely bunch of guys they were, happy memories.
