Back in Oct 22', for shits and giggles, I flirted with the idea of purchasing a bar/lounge on the other side on the country. The price to buy the business was $367K and the location/decor was right IMO, kind of a pipe dream since I have no experience running a bar.
Today, for more shits and giggles, I looked up the listing and it is now almost half the price...it really is a nice place, not sure why no one has jumped on it. Such a crazy idea but then again failure would only amount to lost time.
- Do it, why not? But remember... The hospitality business has waaay more to do with management than with funOBBTKN
- You should call it the QBN roadhouse, and it should have a "fuck you candy" sign in the window, and an LOL cube hanging behind the bar.monospaced

- Restaurant business is tough with lots of regulations and the 3 most important things are: Location, location, location.
But still, it can be a lot of fun...Longcopylover - to run and a more secure business than advertising for example. My dream would be both: Agency/studio on top, coffeeplace/bar on street level.Longcopylover
