    Paint drips are used as part of visual language representing an atmosphere and a genre. I have to take into consideration an entire campaign, as well as the style of the show, the target audience. The audience in general will not be graffiti experts, they are a 'lifestyle' audience, who will understand the style of show. Paint drips along with distressed graphics say, rebellious, anarchic, extreme. I'm not keen of the plundering of the arts so that big business can try and portray itself as something else in order to hoodwink people into buying into this fantasy, but that's advertising.
