IMHO germans are very good at speaking english, otherwise, how the hell do you think they communicate with others?
I worked myself in Germany during a few months until I left because I couldn't stand on the german language.
Didn't even make the effort. People is the most serious, work-focused people I ever met.
Spanish way I'm more used to...fiesta and siesta all the way!
