Microsoft, and my Xbox Series X that died exactly two months out of their pitiful 12 month warranty (should have got the extended I guess).
If they sell these things at a loss to make money on games, they should probably make the warranty longer, or put a robust power supply in them. These pricks want $300 to fix it. Which means, I have to fix it myself now.
It's probably the power supply, but I have 0% interest in trying to troubleshoot this thing. Plus, you literally have to take every fucking screw out of it to remove the PS. Why didn't these dipshits just stick to the external power brick! Not to mention, you can't even get an OEM supply (not sure I'd even want OEM, tbh). I'd have to get an aftermarket one, or roll the dice on a used/rebuilt one.
The only reason I got this is because I didn't want to deal with gaming PC's anymore (size + cost), and wanted AAA titles on release day instead of a year later. But, I should have put that $500 into a new PC.
After two red-ringed 360's, and now this bullshit, these guys are dead to me. I'm so pissed off about this. I don't even play the god-forsaken thing that much. Eat shit Microsoft!!
