Yesterday afternoon an elderly man asked for the immediate help of the ambulance because he was feeling ill. He was confused, talking difficult to understand and could only tell the name of the street to the rescue director, but the line was suddenly interrupted. Despite trying to call the patient back, he did not answer the phone. Within minutes, our paramedic team arrived at the street of the patient, but the man was not found. Suddenly, a loud barking dog appeared in front of the ambulance, it barked for a few seconds and then started towards one of the houses. They went after the dog what turned back several times to make sure that rescuers are still following. After several hundred meters, the dog suddenly stopped and did not allow the ambulance to go further. The lifeguards could hardly believe their eyes, when they got out of the car they saw the helpless man lying in the garden of the house. Thanks to the dog Dorka, our team could immediately begin the treatment and then transport the patient to the hospital in stable condition. We wish you a speedy recovery, thanks to Dorka!
