Apple customers are like abused spouses. :(
Steve Jobs seems to exercise a degree of control over his devotees surpassed only by the likes of Lyndon LaRouche and L Ron Hubbard.
For your own sakes, break the cycle of abuse : stop buying Apple stuff until they institute decent quality control.
