If you're not someone who needs bandwidth to stream video or gaming, turn off 4G. For everyday activity, you don't need it.
5G is flaky, and your phone uses battery to search and connect to 5G towers, which have to be nearby, because 5G has low range.
I turned off 5G, and i feel 0% change.

- You can disable 5G by taking out the 4G from it. It will be fine since the gravity is 1G on most parts of the planet.********
