    TV live crews outside rubble post an earthquake.

    That is someone's home, there could be people trapped under it, there are rescue services working.

    It's not entertainment.
    It's not actual news or reporting.

    If it was your relative or friend's house, you'd not want the world looking at it, and you personally would not benefit from seeing live coverage second by second.
