systems like this are behind the trolls people are arguing with on twitter or facebook :)
most of the equipment you see here are SIM banks, these are essential to get SMS verified accounts, and they provide network access for bots. these can run fully automatically (commenting, posting), but the operator can take control over one or even several units at the same time. we have seen one during the war that specialized in voice calls this station is 100% internet
