My sister takes a ton of decent photography, but she's currently only got it on Instagram. She's spent so much over the years on nice lenses for her Canon 5D, then only puts them on Insta. I said for christmas I'd sort her out a website which she could upload her photos and probably sell prints.
I was being a bit optimistic as I don't know where to start. Any ideas on where I can create a simple click portfolio site for her - with the option to buy stuff in there too?
- C arg o :)grafician
- 500px?oey_oey
- Probably too late now that you've said you'll make her a site, but flickr?Nairn
- Squarespace? Been having to make a site in that for someone and it's pretty easy. Also has a shop option.PhanLo
- @phan Fucking hate Squarespace.milfhunter
- Readymag is a nice tool.

- Shop = etsy. A solo shop website = you got to bring a market to, etsy already has the market ready to stumble upon your products.shapesalad
- website - use https://github.com/d… to throw a site together in an hour.shapesalad
- i was just looking on flickr.com yesterday at photos I took 13 yrs ago lol.microkorg
- squarespace etc decent for a portfolio site she can maintain herself. a lot less learning than wordpress.microkorg
- Man use what I told you - it has great UX, templates and e-commerce
Can't believe people suggested format or Squarespace
