First I'm a mac fanatic.
Second. I've had crasy probs with the LCD on my Ti. After being repaired 5 times by Apple they finally agreed to replace the damn thing. So I took the opportunity to spring for a new 1GHz in the process. Much to my dismay they new machine had a nice verticle blue line down the right third of the screen whenever it gets warm. I'm still under warranty but have lost months of work sending in the machine, getting it back and reinstalling the system.
Others have tried to take the LCD apart only to find that it won't go back together. There are long threads bout this screen shit at Apple. Good Luck.
