A guy on my team has started using the “white skin” variation of the emoji in Slack. He didn’t before but suddenly he does and no one else uses it. I actually think it’s because this guy sees himself as ultra woke and he’s read that using yellow emoji may be offensive.

What should I do about this? Should I talk to him? Ignore it? Send out a survey? Lulz!!!
Im dying laughing about it because it is a hilarious work problem. I’m also wondering if other people are privately thinking “what is up with that dude and his love of the white skin emoji” ( I just think the whole thing is ridiculous)
Help me qbn. What should I do? How can I make this even more awkward and funny
