    Is there any plausible scenario where this is a HUGE piece of performance art trolling on his part because he wanted out of the deal, then couldn't, so is now just destroying it all very publicly?

    Like when you buy your kid a toy and then are excited and play with it until it breaks over the course of an afternoon, you throw it out but at least they were occupied for the day so its money well spent?

    I do not like the guy at all but he's done some pretty advanced stuff in his time, and it feels odd that this is him actually doing stuff in a truthful fashion.

    I reckon it's a billionaire "fuck you" to the world and even if he had to cover the leverage himself, he'd still be one of the worlds richest men.
