    Lost 10kg weight during summer, hardly exercised; sun, swimming pool, less alcohol and bbqs... That's it!

    Hope I can start in the roller this weekend, and start riding my bikes again back in spring.

    • i've not gain weight but have gotten rounder...pango
    • try to eat no more than 100g of carbs each day. Try to skip breakfast 3 times a week. Do push ups, resistance band, chinups for 15mins each morningshapesalad

    • I have almost stopped eating carbs; bread, pizzas... We have always eaten lots of vegetables, legumes, mushrooms and fishOBBTKN
    • ...but lowering my carb intake is what has made me lose so much and so fast.OBBTKN
