    Okteroberfest/Wiesn starts in two days, after having been cancelled for two years because of the pandemic.

    And I'm dreading it.

    The last two years were bliss. No literal millions of people decending on the city for two weeks, and being obnoxious. No throngs of drunk locals and tourists marauding residential areas, pissing on whatever surface they could aim at, at all hours of the day. No vast lakes of vomit on public transport.

    Blah.
