I picked up a Digitone a couple of weeks ago and immediately fell for the sound. Most of my synths are analog subtractive which has a certain (wide) range of sounds. The Digitone adds a completely new dimension to my sound palette. It can be glassy and cold or dirty and warm and has tonnes of ways to build and manipulate a sound. Having owned a Digitakt, the interface and sequencer are nice and familiar. A definite keeper.

    • be careful tho.. I was totally in lust.. but then I upgraded to the Digikeys and never looked back.autoflavour
    • congrats tho.. they are fucking awesomeautoflavour
    • this into a analog heat with a subtle level of dirt totally opens it up..autoflavour
    • Must try that. Have a MK1 Analog Heat.mort_
    • that said, I use the heat on most things.. even just a subtle bit of saturation just makes everything better.. especially digital things..autoflavour
    • Yeah, love the heat on drums especially. Just some subtle crispness completely transforms them.mort_
