    My youngest daughter is in Ireland on a scholarship, and it turns out she got sunburned...

    Now, here there are 40ºC in the shade, in north Basque Country (in a green valley surrounded by mountains) thanks we've got plenty of water and municipal swimming pools.

    • We do not use air conditioning, mono, a couple of ceiling fans are enough for us and I use a mini USB fan while I work, the house is at 24ºOBBTKN

    • For what it's worth, mono, my folks at the bottom, hotter, end of Spain don't really use AC in their house. It's all open doors and ventilation and such.Nairn
