    Arm Ukraine with nukes ASAP.

    Then let the Ukrainian forces start launching conventional missiles into Moscow, tit for tat.

    This will put pressure on Putin to stop the same bombardment of Ukrainian cities.

    The Ukrainian Nukes will act as a deterrent to Putin using nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
