don't you have this *69 function or something similar? if that doesn't work i would get in contact with your provider. not sure if they can actually check it but they at least can check the logs and maybe treat it as harassment and maybe then they are allowed to check it or pass it on to someone who can. dunno. it happened to me once on a regular line and in the end i had to change phonenumbers (which wasn't the option i was after).
