    • Pricey enough. A used Mother-32 goes for about the same money.mort_
    • Welllll funny you should say that as been eyeballing a mother nearby for $650 CAD on CL and prob could snag for $600... just checked, Mavis retails at $469 CADprophetone
    • I think the Mother is def a better product, more bells whistles, beefier... but to your point Mavis is maybe a smidge heavy on price?prophetone
    • But you know, supply chain, higher costs and all thatprophetone
    • Those fiddly little knobs will wreck your head after a while. I have the Dfam which has some and I’m planning on upgrading the knobs.mort_
    • Mother has a sequencer and midi compatibility. Mavis has a wave folder which is kinda cool. But you’d need extra bits to sync with a DAW.mort_
    • That said, you could spend that on a single oscillator or filter for Eurorack so in that context, it’s good value.mort_
    • BTW, that innocent looking little patch bay is a gateway drug to full modular. DFAM led me down that path.mort_
    • Hainbach's take on it. Sounds pretty beefy!

    • yeah, I really don't understand why Moog isn't fucking dominating the eurorack market.. there is so many modules they could release.autoflavour
