With bit torrent, it seems like you have to catch the "popular wave" in order to get a speedy download. Like SUPANIGGA said, it works best if everyone leaves their download window open so there are more sources... but not enough people do that, or they leave their window open for the day and then that's it.
At least that's how it seems to me.
