    Why do all the ubereats, deliveroo etc delivery guys on their e-bicycles over here in London... Why do they all wear a hoodie and a down jacket on a bright sunny day when it 23˚c outside?

    I can't cycle more than 100metres in todays weather in a t-shirt before I break sweat.

    Are they not sweat buckets under all that?
