After all that hype about "Cultural Revolution 2", it doesn't seem like China has a lot of faith in socialism even in the limited form proposed by Xi Jinping last year.
"First common prosperity. Then property tax. Now tech policy. One by one, Xi’s economic policies are being rolled back as China’s growth momentum plunges."
