  This babyfaced murderer is Mikhail Tkach from Vladivostok. On his VK page he doesn’t deny what he did in Bucha. Says he’s coming back “to cut your heads”.

  According to media reports, the unit responsible for Bucha Massacre is being sent to Kharkiv oblast.
