  It’s now funny to me that I used to think it was possible to become a famous photographer. Even into my 30s, I thought this was a possibility. Not merely successful, but actually to become famous for it (in the 21st century.)

  Not possible. Don’t believe me? Ask an “average” person to name one photographer.
