    Chinese-owned TikTok has released a statement saying it has essentially nothing to do with the new Russian law, which severely penalizes the dissemination of information about the war other than official state propaganda.
    TikTok does not know how to comply with this rule on its platform, so the company has decided not to allow any of their Russian users to upload new content until they figure out what to do. (via Medusa)
