Many web designers are probably white males because:
A. The web is still largely a western phenomenon due to infrastructure and costs.
B. The best way into website design is though university, still largely the preserve of the middle classes...
who are still the dominant race in Bourgeois society...
who are often white.
C. Sexism is still rife in regards to pay and peer pressure.I've got
