I just made some of this, based on the above and good ol' Chef John:
i should've followed my heart, rather than timings, as the first three I did were a bit over-cooked, but the fourth and last otherwise-mongrel one, post dinner, was sublime. I guess I bashed my pork a bit thin, so it cooked much quicker than stated.
Always rely on yourself, over a recipe. Always.
