Our offices shutdown in March 2020 due to the pandemic but are reopening in March 2022 but in a much smaller space with 1/3 the capacity as we are all only doing 1-3 days a week.
So It's a host desk situation but my boss has asked me to create a Google Spreadsheet where we can all see availability and book/plan times to be in on a monthly basis. Something tells me it's going to be very cumbersome and messy though. Does anyone have a template spreadsheet for something like this or know a good free plugin or software to put on the back of our website or on our cloud server?

- There's plenty of plugins and extensions for outlook that allow for hot desk booking or room booking. If you're already paying for ice it wouldn't cost a bunch.BuddhaHat
