Worst ever. I hate it. Those curved lines with the weird pointless size differences. The vague tilt. I made better logos working as an intern 2002. And i sucked.

    • I don't get the hate for this, which has cropped up before here. It makes a singularly generic icon distinct. Bravo to them.Nairn
    • It's fucking ugly. And what is the symbolism? Beaming music to satellites or some shit?jagara
    • This logo triggers my OCD. I hate it.dbloc
    • It’s clumsy. There’s a concept there but this is not good.monospaced
    • https://www.youtube.…dbloc
    • You don't get the hate for this? Just look at its awkward, oblong, non proportional, wifi waves. The font looks like it was slapped together with MS Paint.utopian
    • That shit is the gheyGuyFawkes
    • forehead wrinkles? mask? vent? whatever this is supposed to be it's a fugly failKrassy
    • Argh damn you guys. Now I notice that the lines are slightly off center to the left and up in the circle. Thanks, now i have aids._niko
    • lol, I made this last time this came up. The beams are definitely not geometric:

    • It's clearly not a fantastic logo, but I'm flummoxed by how seriously some here take it. As graf's algo-writ schpiel describes, tehre's a logic to that..Nairn
    • ..angle, clear and as i think it is. Fact is, they've made a distinct mark which shit as it might be, works.Nairn
    • it does not work :) wi-fi signals at best. Nothing distinct really.Krassy
    • I suspect 99.99% of people absolutely couldn't give a fuck, and if it works for them, it works.Nairn
    • @Nairn you're a graphic designer, right(?). Is that your work ethic? "99.99% of people absolutely couldn't give a fuck"? :)jagara
    • We also got triggered over this logo a year ago:

    • Based on his comments alone...Nairn can't be a designer.utopian
    • Actually Nairn could be right, mostly designers fuss about design details, then regular people couldn't care less, a logo just identifies a brand, nothing moregrafician
    • I disagree. Designers can define why something works. Non-designers just perceive that it does. A great logo will enhance public perception of your brand.jagara
    • I wonder if in this case Spotify kept this shitty logo because it's working for the non-designers?
And for designers, the rest of the branding is actually top

    • Anyway, that sounds too arrogant to even think they would care about what other designers think about their logo. They have actual controversies to deal with..grafician
