I've been doing these Covid-recovery breathing exercises from JHU for the past day or two and it's making a huge difference. Still winded while talking sometimes, and then a cough.
But it's only been one day of these exercises so I'm feeling pretty optimistic.

do these after a steam bath, but only if you can take a deep breath and it doesn't feels like everything is burning inside.******** - at some point you will cough up some nasty things, and you can say hi to the death and destruction this shit made to your respiratory system.********
- but if it feels heavy to take a breath with warm steam in the air, or you feel that burn don't go for it because you're making it worse.********
- Ever tried ephedrine? Kids used to pop them at raves. I read a report here that suggest it helped with their symptoms of COVID.
