    I've been doing these Covid-recovery breathing exercises from JHU for the past day or two and it's making a huge difference. Still winded while talking sometimes, and then a cough.

    But it's only been one day of these exercises so I'm feeling pretty optimistic.

      do these after a steam bath, but only if you can take a deep breath and it doesn't feels like everything is burning inside.

    • Ever tried ephedrine? Kids used to pop them at raves. I read a report here that suggest it helped with their symptoms of COVID.
