    These are the tools I use. Although, I'm sure someone here will have better examples.

    Research:
    Hotjar, good for heat maps and screen recordings.
    Google Analytics has lots of data on visitors to your site.
    User & client interviews, I use Google Meet or a questionnaire.
    Card sorting can be done with physical stickies or online using Miro.
    Journey mapping can be done in Miro too.
    You can use sites like https://www.usertesting.com/ to get feedback on your site.
    I use Google Docs to put together competitor analysis.

    Design
    Pen and paper.
    Site map and functionality list can be done with Miro and Google Docs

    Previously I used Sketch and Invision but now my team has just about transition totally to Figma.

    Figma has its equivalent of Miro called Figjam but personal I prefer Miro.
