I need an extra App to navigate all my iPad files in my MacOS?
And those files and folders are not even visible and accessible in my iOS?!I feel dumb...am I missing something?
- Now that I have the time and can start to use my iPad in a more serious way I'm finding things out that I really can't understand...wow!oey_oey
- Hmmm you can use Dropbox for file sharing between ipad <> macos
Sometimes Apple has trouble even with the basics, that's true******** - thanks, now I know that also...took me 10 minutes after trying to fumble around first.oey_oey
- I regret a bit deleting my Dropbox account 10 years ago when I already had 20GB...oey_oey
- Don't forget to actually move the files from the Dropbox folder [on the desktop] after you copy them in there from the ipad.********
- Also apps like Procreate save the files locally on the iPad's filesystem, don't forget to copy those to the dropbox too********
- thanks grafician that's good info. but I'm not gonna start a Dropbox account. I have NextCloud and I'm happy.oey_oey
- I think the free version of iMazing is enough for now. if not I will have to see and will consider Dropbox. thanks!oey_oey
- Np, just be careful
Moving around data and backups is always tricky******** - Just received a refund from Apple regarding ModStep.oey_oey
