  My company's HR provider accidentally paid me a $3000 bonus that they weren't supposed to.

  Am I entitled to this money under USA law?

  Can anyone point me in the direction of the law that would cover me keeping this money as my employer's mistake? Or do they have the right to withdraw it from my bank account?
