apple up to their old tricks again?
this just in from a reseller:"We've noticed some customers have experienced installation failures on the latest release of macOS Monterey. The issue can be resolved but does require hardware attention from a technician or a complete wipe of your system resulting in all data being lost. Please avoid updating for now.
"The issue primarily affects older Intel-based Macs and can cause the system to bricked, becoming unusable until fixed. If you are currently experiencing this issue please contact us."

- It sounds like those that were affected prior to the fix still need to contact Apple to get help resetting their T2 firmware 'tho.evilpeacock
