I would say you don't need a waistband they have free shows all day long everywhere. At night you might have more fun w/ one because club's will have a cover of 20 bucks but if you show up like at 7:00 you will get in. Only problem is you will be stuck at that same club all night. I have gone for years and have always had fun with out spending much money there are free parties everywhere too. Last year I sat about 10 feet from the Emos outside stage saw it all didn't pay a dime.. Good luck to those of you that come.. you will have fun that's for sure.. GO BEERLAND!!
