There're so many stupid wee inconsistent glitches in Illy that aren't fundamentally-problemmatic and can be worked around, but that invoke too many befuddlement cycles.

I've just taken an object and shift-X'd it to swap the fill for a stroke, which typically defaults to a 1pt outline and.. nope, for some reason it's defaulting to 0pt, but with a clearly visible line all the same. As always, I question myself, so repeat a few times to convince myself that it's it, not me. It's it.

Copy same object to another open window and repeat the process and yep, does what it's supposed to, defaulting to a 1pt stroke. It's most definitely it.

    WHY.

    • Doesn’t that just swap whatever’s there, not add a stroke that doesnt exist?monospaced
    • Nope, especially if there was no stroke to begin with. It defaults to 1pt.Nairn
