I'm going to buy my first house in a market that is shit (it will take 2 years before it is done). I guess i have to since it will take years before the market returns to normal. There is a large shortage of housing in the Netherlands.
I'm fucking nervous if this is the right decision but waiting for better times seems to only make it worse so far.- There is never a better time to gt on the housing ladder than right now. Trust me, I've been playing that game here in London for 20 fucking years.Nairn
- When I first came here, I had the option of an ex-council place "but it's in South London" whinged I. Fucking fool. Should've got it. Place is fashionable nowNairn
- 100% do it. The only way to lose in the housing market is to get forced out once you’re inGnash
- Buy only if you're certain that area is not going to be affected much about climate change.
Like the netherlands being flooded
Oh waitgrafician - Do it ASAPHayzilla
- oke thanks guys. Gonna cost me a shitload but i guess it is better then leaving it on my bank account..milfhunter
- @grafician the Netherlands builds dikes and can manage its waters like no other country. I would be more worried for cities like New York.milfhunter
