Joe Rogan used to have entertaining moments, and I always enjoyed him doing play by play and commentary in UFC fights. But he's became a cretin in the same mold as Tucker Carlson in how he takes advantage of impressionable followers who can't think for themselves.

Case in point, Rogan knows Biden didn't get a fake booster. He knows Biden fits the criteria of someone who the booster is recommend for. He has access to information that proves that the vaccine is overall rather harmless. He knows the president has access to the best doctors on the planet.

But Rogan does what Tucker Carlson does on a daily basis, and that's to put a thought out to the world with a question or curiosity wrapped around it, thereby making the impressionable minds of his die-hard followers feel as though because they simply wonder about something Rogan has an opinion about, they know the answer despite any actual facts. Then, that small seed of doubt manifests itself as a sort of pseudo-validation on a particular topic. At that point the damage is done, ignorant people add another layer to their ignorance, and the cycle continues in which misinformation masked as skepticism.

It's weaponized skepticism in every sense.
