Even if you break it and they want to exchange it, won't they just give you the same model in exchange? Can't imagine they would let you turn in a Sony for a Canon or something.
I remember buying a PC Laptop from BB for $1,000. Had the thing for one day. It was a gift for someone. They didn't want it, I returned it and they charged me $150 restocking fee because the box was opened. I had the thing for ONE day. Fucking pricks told me if I had broke it then I wouldn't have had to pay the restocking fee.
Seems like BB brings this on themselves. Sounds like they encourage people to break products before returning them.
