  what's best between these. I can't seem to find any specifics or consistency between popular sites:

  domain.com/how-to-meal-prep
  domain.com/article/how-to-meal-p...
  domain.com/health/how-to-meal-pr...

  I'd imagine the first might be best for SERP/readability, but I don't know if using a term like 'article' would provide context to search engines or specific categories could/would define that even further..

  I've even seen some high-traffic sites do the following:

  domain.com/82512/how-to-meal-pre...
  domain.com/82512-how-to-meal-pre...

  but this might just prove that good content and a prominent/influential brand/media company may just get to break the rules a little, or worry less about SEO criteria than everyone else
