Why does Illy continually ignore which default printer I have set up?
I have a couple of instances of the same print driver, but for different things. I set up the default and routinely, Illy just ignores that and because the print driver interfaces are the same and I switch between them, I only find out when I go to the machine and hit Go! only to realise it's either not doing anything at all, or trying to do some previously-submitted job. If I happen to not notice and walk away, then Boomph! I ruin some material.
Get it together, Illy, you slag.
- If it did it ALL the time, I'd account for that, but it doesn't - it just occasionally decides not to. I think it's sentient, and hates me.Nairn
- I did wonder whether Illy was getting smart and saving print profiles in documents, which would be handy.. but this last instance was a brand new file I'd made.Nairn
