    Job Summary: Provides direction and leadership with a storytelling mindset effectively sharing information for activities involved in developing and producing audio and visual content and features to be delivered by web, broadcast, streaming, or other media forms for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Works with creative leadership to determine content needs and specifications.

    Job Responsibilities
    Primary Tasks

    Conceptualize ideas, create scripts and storyboards for video production.
    Record, edit, export, and upload video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music / voice-over / sound effects, media management and arching project media.
    Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
    Develop production schedules, including scope and budgets.
    Create and edit graphics and animations.
    Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to help them tell their stories.
    Manage video library and assets.
    Investigate visual trends and current technologies.
    Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
    Perform other duties as may be assigned.
    Job Qualifications
    MINIMUM

    Associates Degree in Video Production / Media/ Film / TV or related field.
    One year continuous professional, non-linear editing experience.
    2 years experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud or similar editing software.
    1 year in-studio and field/ floor directing / audio board / mixer operation experience
    Camera operation experience
    Strong media management skills
    File sharing service experience
    TARGET

    Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production / Media / Film / TV or related field
    5 years experience continuous professional, non-linear editing experience
    5 years experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud or similar editing software
    2 years in-studio and field / floor directing / audio board / mixer operation experience
    Camera operation experience
    Strong media management skills
    File sharing service experience
