  The three clients who I came into work on a Saturday for; Who've known for two days that I'm coming in specifically for them; Who are impossible to contact to confirm details that they apparently think I should psychically intuit. Details that I've asked them about, repeatedly, since late Thursday evening/Friday morning.

  More fool me - one of them is a client I let go last year because they were fucking useless at getting information across.
