Regarding not hearing back for over a month on a job application, having had positive rounds of interviews - finally they respond:
I'm too good/creative, job is not so exciting.
I didn't appear excited enough.
... So I should be more excited about a non-exciting job, and less creative/good.
Ok....
- This means they can't afford you and the position was shitty anyway.********
- At this point the entire interviewing process should be paid in advance at market rates, 'cuz the waste of time is monumental********

- Had more time wasted with another company, seem to have deep pockets, no salary on ad, asking me my salary expectation... then 'its above our range'shapesalad
- ...so then put the fucking range on the advert and stop wasting mine and your time fucking idiots.shapesalad
- Think I'll just put in red ink at the top of my CV 'Salary expectation: £xxK+' and save myself some time...shapesalad
